Veggie Wraps

Made from the freshest ingredients and strips of baked tofu — these wraps are sure to disappear off the plate quickly
Lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, shredded carrots and cucumber, diced tomatoes and red onions, marinated and baked tofu strips stuffed into a warm wrap. Add a dallop of (egg-free) mayo mixed with freshly chopped basil leaves for an added zing.
