Veggie Club Sandwich

Yummier and healthier than a regular Club Sandwich, this dubble-decker sandwich is perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Pile marinated and baked tofu, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts and (egg-free) mayo on slices of whole wheat bread.
Tip: Serve with Sweet Potato Fries.
