Tofu, Mushroom and Broccoli Stir Fry

Serves 2
Marinade
5 tablespoons Ketchup Manis
5 tablespoons Braggs aminos
1 teaspoon Sambal oelek
1 clove garlic, crushed
Tofu and Vegetables
1/2 block of tofu
1 large red onion, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
10 mushrooms, quartered
1 cup broccoli florettes
- Simply drain and press the tofu.
- Chop the tofu into blocks and marinate it in the recipe above or use your own variation.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the tofu for 2-3 minutes. Remove from wok.
- Add the vegetables to the wok. Cook for 5 minutes while constantly stirring.
- Add the rest of the marinade and the tofu to the vegetables and fry for an additional 3 minutes or until done.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
