The MOST ridiculous cupcakes evah!
OK, they also happen to be one of the MOST yummiest cupcakes I’ve had to date.
These were my “Thank-you” and “I am sorry” cupcakes all rolled into one.
I figured that baking a batch of orange cupcakes filled with pudding and topped with a ridiculous amount of buttercream frosting would beat any Hallmark card 
To thank the tech-guy who spent the whole day fixing my internet and network, I sent him home with cupcakes for his family.
And to appologise to my neighbour for waking her up at 3am when my cat was fighting with her cat on her balcony — I knocked on her door and brought her some cupcakes.
One thing I’ve learned: Everyone loves cupcakes. Especially ridiculously over-the-top delicious cupcakes.
