Simply Divine Chocolate Cake

Knock the socks off of your dinner guests when you serve them this little treat. Luckily, it’s very easy to prepare.

Bake your favourite chocolate cake and let cool. Cut out circles with a cookie cutter or a glass. Place two on top of each other with a layer of frosting between. Top off the mini-cakes with another layer of frosting. Place a simple chocolate decoration on top and serve!

Easy eh?

(BTW: I used the chocolate cake and frosting recipe from the Joy of Vegan Baking)
