I'm a repeat offender of the Marrakesh stew from Ruth Tal's Refresh cookbook! In fact, we're having it for dinner tonight with some left over tempeh instead of the chickpeas. It's definitely one of my favourites! We also like the dragon rice bowl and green goddess.

Every recipe I try from that book is spot on. Seriously. I highly recommend the simple rice bowl and the soba noodle recipe. Oh, the fresh burgers are sooOOoooo gooOOOoood too.

Ah! I'm getting hungry typing this!
