Iced Banana Soy Smoothie

It’s HOT here on the island today — 38 degrees and sunny. I’m finally starting to get into vacation mode. I feel a million miles away from the hectic lifestyle that we have back in the Netherlands.
When it’s this hot out, the last thing that you want to do is fuss around with breakfast.
Whip this up in your blender or food processor for a fresh and cool smoothie.
You can easily double this:
1 frozen banana
200 ml soy-milk
2 tablespoons of vanilla or plain soy-yogurt
Tip: Peel the bananas before you put them in the freezer. They are handy to have on hand because they are ready to go and really make the smoothie nice and cold.
