Fresh Summer Pasta with Red Onion, Peas and Feta

Ingredients:
250 gr. Fresh pasta (self-made or store bought… I make my own)
3-4 tbsp. olive oil
1 large red onion, chopped
2 toes of garlic, thinly sliced
200 gr. blanched fresh peas from the pod
100 gr. Feta, cubed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, fry the onion and garlic in the oil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the peas and fry for another 1 minute.
Drain the pasta, put it back in the pot, add the onion/garlic/pea mixture and stir in the feta.
Serve in warm bowls. Add salt and pepper to taste.
