the Happy Vegetarian

My friend Arthur has been in town for the past couple of days and to welcome him to the Netherlands, I made him a batch of choco-chip vegan cupcakes with extra frosting and sprinkles.  Yes, even though he’s 31, he still gets sprinkles. You’re never too old for sprinkles… OK?
