Broccoli Potato Soup (L’arte D’arrangiarsi II)

Yet another simple and delicious dinner made from almost nothing:
I small head of broccoli and 4 small potatoes chopped and simmered in 1 liter of vegetable stock until tender.
Everything is blended with a splash of (tofu) cream until smooth and served with freshly ground pepper and a whirl of (tofu) cream on top.
