Blueberry Pancakes
Fresh organic blueberries + lazy Sunday afternoon = eating blueberry pancakes slothered with maple syrup and soy margarine in bed.
I whipped these up for us in no time from the basic pancake recipe in Vegan with a Vengeance and then mixed in some fresh blueberries into the batter.
