Blend 1 banana, a handful of rasberries and a splash of pure vanilla extract with 1 cup of soymilk.

  2. Yes, that’s the great thing about smoothies — you can add whatever you like. Be creative!

    You can also use regular milk if you don’t like soymilk — or avoid milk altogether and use apple juice instead. The banana will give it a creamy texture, no matter what you use.
